On February 24th 2026, the StaffAny community gathered at tcc – The Connoisseur Concerto (The Pier) for the 24th edition of HR Happy Hour. Unlike our usual sessions, this one had no fireside chat but was instead focused on celebration and gratitude.
Celebrating Our Ambassadors That Helped Build StaffAny’s Community
This special edition of HR Happy Hour was hosted by Kerren Fong, Head of Business Development, together with Senior Business Development Managers Jeffrey Wong and Jan-E T., who took the stage to thank the HR ambassadors who have helped grow the community over the years.
These ambassadors are HR leaders from the F&B space who believe in the power of shared learning. They are the ones who invite peers, introduce new faces, and make sure the room is always filled with likeminded professionals who want to learn from one another.
HR Happy Hour events wouldn’t have been possible without their efforts. The panels, fireside chats and presentations alone would not have been enough to reach this 24th HHH milestone. Thanks to these ambassadors, Singapore’s F&B and retail HR community has a regular space to openly share challenges, exchange ideas, and collaborate.
This session was a reminder that communities grow because people show up and bring others along, and what better way to celebrate them than with a bit of fun and prizes.
Games, Prizes, and a Visit from Cai Shen Ye
Guests were treated to games including Wheel of Fortune and scratch cards, with prizes ranging from bubble tea, dinner meals at restaurants, and an unexpected top prize: a run at East Coast Park with StaffAny co-founder Eugene.
Adding to the festive mood was a surprise guest appearance from Cai Shen Ye, bringing laughter and energy to the room.
