2024 Community Events

Learn how to attract VC fundings with our StaffAny event now! Alongside business owners, we’ve learnt that VCs look out for a few metrics before funding a startup: KPIs, capitals & investments, and more. A few case studies were also brought up as examples.

Customer reviews, services, as well as manpower retention are a few KPIs that business owners look at to keep track of their business health. Through this roundtable community event, we’ve learnt different ways to deal with the above topics, as well as the use of technologies and softwares to counter repetitive tasks for higher efficiency.

In this Leader’s Lounge, Yadah Wang from I Love Taimei shares customer-centric strategies and how to think of marketing campaigns, treating staff in a human way and even thoughts on how artificial intelligence can be implemented in Singapore’s food and beverage industry.
