About the Role

The Community and Customer Marketing will be responsible for driving the company’s customer and prospective customer engagement by creating relevant content and building online/offline communities that would attract, engage and convert users. You will own all aspects of customer content and community channels. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, make a big impact and win as a team to scale a growing business. You must be passionate about building vibrant communities in Southeast Asia. This position directly reports to the CRO/CMO.

  • Love writing, talking to customers and writing effective customer stories
  • Experience SAAS/B2B 
  • Ability to design 
  • Worked on HubSpot CRM and WordPress

You Will Find Yourself

  • Working with the CRO/CMO to strategise and implement customer marketing and community strategies consistent with the company vision, 
  • Build StaffAny’s community group and organise online/offline events to deepen customer relationships and encourage word of mouth.
  • Manage, grow and retain StaffAny’s engaged customer list 
  • Building, writing and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that drives retention with existing clients and action from prospective clients (including customer testimonials, case studies, blog posts, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Coming up with email copy and managing the customer email database
  • Crafting up effective campaigns and directing and producing attractive videos about our customers.
  • Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape marketing strategies;
  • Distribution of customer and community content to the various community channels. 
  • Work with other external communities and stakeholders to build our community.
  • Producing & reviewing marketing/growth standard operating procedure documents (SOP);
  • Establishing closed-loop analytics with Account Managers/ Product Success Managers to understand how our marketing activity encourages customers to refer more qualified leads and continually refine our process.
  • Relevant organic social media management 
  • Reporting and Analysis to learn, find gaps, and replicate success.
