You Are

  • Passionate in delivering delightful experiences that would empower our users’ everyday life at work

  • Ability to deliver high quality visual, UI mockups efficiently

  • Strong in solving product problems with a strong focus on making smart decisions for UIUX simplicity with clean and elegant UI with an insanely sharp eye for details, not just for pixels on a screen but for workflows and customer journeys.

  • A natural bouncer who enjoys engaging in quality design discussion to push the bar for quality and possibilities.

  • Able to understand complex concepts, and transform them into punchy phrases or catchy content that captivate your audience

  • Excellent in written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, and can communicate clearly and simply

You Will Find Yourself

  • Rapidly launching new features and delivering UIUX solutions together with Designers, PMs, Engineers

  • Designing mockups and elegant high-fidelity User Interfaces while keeping our long term vision to

  • Conducting user research and usability studies with business owners, managers and shift workers to test out solutions, gather insights, feedback and improvement

  • Shaping and maintaining Visual, UI and Interaction Design consistency across platforms

  • Planning and executing on launch strategy to drive product adoption, increase feature usage, and ultimately help with customer retention

  • Working with the team to define differentiated positioning, then execute on it through compelling messaging to the right audience that bridges benefits and value with features that the teams build

  • Enabling and multiplying the sales and go-to-market teams. Be their subject matter expert, and ensure they understand core functionality and new upgrades. Create and maintain collaterals, including case studies, customer testimonial videos, or customer references. 

Potential Performance Indicators

  • Overall Results – Uplift in UX Metrics (eg. UMUX, HEART, SUS), maturity scores, and NPS. 

  • Overall Outputs – Design output and deadline management
