How Do I Add My Staff?

On the web app, there are two ways to add your staff:

1. Mass import all staff at once
2. Add individual staff upon hire

1. Mass Import All Staff

Step 1: Click on the "My Team" icon at the page top

Step 2: Click on the 'Import' icon to download the csv file

Step 3: Key in the necessary details in the provided format

Remember to type yes at the send invite section so that your staff gets notified to download the app!

Step 4: Upload the filled in csv file by clicking on the 'Import' icon again

2. Add Individual Staff Upon New Hire

Step 1: Click on the "My Team" icon at the page top

Key in your mobile number to receive a 6 digit verification code via SMS
Enter the verification code to sign into the app

Step 2: Click on the 'Add Staff' icon at the top right hand section

Step 3: Key in the staff details

Step 4: Send an invite before clicking the 'Confirm' icon

By doing so, your staff is automatically sent a message alerting them to download and use the app

You are now ready to add staff into your organisation!
