The job of an HR manager never ends. HR managers spend hours and sometimes even days tracking employee work hours, running payroll, reviewing leave applications and so, so much more. However, with the new Staffany x Talenox integration, you’ll be able to dramatically cut down on the number of hours spent doing just that.
This integration will greatly benefit current Talenox or StaffAny users who need a quick and direct way to import non-regular employee work hours into a payroll system to process. A simple time tracking and payroll solution that allows our users to do more with less.
All you’ll need to do is complete a one-time setup to save hours of work every week.

Easy, isn’t it? Follow these steps to connect your Talenox account to StaffAny!
Once you have set up your account with Staffany, you will need to set up your Talenox Account as follows:
1. Adding your employees into Talenox
1.1. Click on the ‘Profile’ icon to begin creating your employee profiles
1.2. To import multiple employees at one go, click on the ‘Employee Listing’ Icon then the ‘Import Employees into Talenox’.
You will be directed to a Google Sheet, where you will be asked to fill in all the necessary employee details.
While adding employees, take note of the employee ID as this will be crucial for both Talenox and Staffany to identify the unique employee.
1.4. After filling out the Google Sheet, return to the Talenox page to import the information.
2. Next, copy the API token from Talenox.
In the Staffany webapp, under the ‘Settings’ tab, click on the ‘Integrations’ icon.
Paste the copied API token and save the information.
3. If you are importing your staff into Staffany from Talenox, you can skip this step.
Otherwise, to sync the employee details between Talenox and Staffany, key in the unique employee ID from Talenox into Staffany.
Once you have completed the setup, hit ‘Push Data’ from Staffany to Talenox to generate your payroll instantly.
