The paper was co-authored by Douglas Tan, Special Projects Consultant at StaffAny and Associate
Professor Nitin Pangarkar, Professor of Strategic Management and International Business at the
National University of Singapore Business School and Eugene Ng, Head of Growth at StaffAny.
The findings of this study is further supported with aggregated data collected by StaffAny, through a
survey conducted across hundreds of organisations and tens of thousands of employee, ranging from bars
to bubble tea kiosks.
