About the Role

We are looking to bet on our next rockstar who can learn and grow together with us. You will be part of the early team to shape and accelerate the growth of the company and be involved in the entire marketing funnel and process. You Are

  • A never-say-die hustler who thrives on problem-solving: A Strategist!

  • Executer and Optimizer of Campaigns
  • Looking for challenges and responsibilities
  • Have 2-4 Years Experience in a Digital Marketing role (Analytics, Search (Organic+Paid), Social, Email, Content/Copywriting and Visuals)
  • Able to Create Reports
  • Possess Strong Project Management Skills

You Will Find Yourself

  • Working with the Head of Marketing to strategize and implement marketing strategies consistent with company vision; Ensure consistency of branding 
  • Optimizing Ads and conduct A/B Testing
  • Social Media management Paid and Organic
  • Building, writing and managing a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc).
  • Crafting up effective campaigns, and directing and producing attractive videos.
  • Growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content, offers, and other digital means. Optimize: marketing automation & lead nurturing processes through various channels. 
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape marketing strategies;
  • Producing & reviewing marketing/growth standard operating procedure documents (SOP);
  • Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis to learn, find gaps, and replicate success.
